Founder Tommy Masanori’s passion for hair started at a young age. After spending nearly two decades climbing the ranks working as a top stylist at multiple prestigious salons in Osaka, Tokyo, and America, Tommy decided to open MASA.KANAI in January of 2018 to share his vision with the beauty capital that is New York City. Tommy brings his expertise in both Japanese and American styles that will captivate clientele from all backgrounds. With a team of artists that share Tommy’s passion and pursuit for unending self-growth, we believe a style that reflects a person’s personality makes all the difference.
