Nihon Club Culture Course [Online] Weekend Yoga Class

Make yoga a part of your weekend routine ？ You can enjoy yoga from the comfort of your own home.

Even if you are new to yoga, or if you feel you are not strong enough, please feel free to join us. We will teach you how to move your body without strain and create yoga poses while respecting your breath. Let's face your own body while incorporating movements according to your body type. We aim for mental and physical health by continuing ！
