仕事内容	Princetonにあります日系の製薬会社よりFinancial Directorの募集です。 VISAサポート可です。【Essential Duties】 Principal duties and responsibilities include: - Generating and reporting to the company and HQ the financial statement. - The preparation of Board Meeting Materials. - Reporting on the financial well being of the company on a monthly basis Secondary Approval of Disbursements Use of Cost Accounting to generate cost method. - Works with the President using financial information to sustain and improve on the financial health and future of the company . - Directing and coordinating financial planning and budget management functions. - Recommending benchmarks for measuring the financial and operating performance. - Monitoring and analyzing monthly operating results against the budget. - Secondary approval on all expenditure requests and disbursements. - Overseeing the daily operations of the Finance & Accounting departments. - Managing the preparation of financial reports. - Managing the preparation of financial outlooks and forecasts. - Preparing financial analysis for contract negotiations and product investment decisions. - Ensuring compliance with local, state and federal budgetary reporting. - Working with department managers to develop business plans. - Serving on planning and policy making committees. - Serving a primary government liaison relative to financial issues. - Recruiting, training, supervising and evaluating department staff. 詳細は是非お気軽にお問合せください。 ◎ビザサポート：あり ◎給与：$150K - $170K ◎勤務地：Princeton, NJ このポジションにご興味のある方は英文履歴書をそえてquickny@919usa.comまでEmailにて、ご連絡ください。求人内容びびなびNew York-13462)もお書き添えください。＊詳細は下記までお気軽にお問い合わせください。 QUICK USA, Inc.
