Nihon Club Culture Course [Online] Enjoy the Seasons Making Japanese Sweets ～ Kneaded Sweets （ Thursday Class ）

In July, I would like to make "Yoi Hotaru" uchiwa (evening fireflies) and "Natsunami" (summer waves lapping against the ground with white wave caps).

In this class, participants will learn how to make Nerikiri, a type of Japanese confectionery that reflects the seasons. Nerikiri is one of the most popular Japanese sweets, made from white sweet bean paste and Gyuhi （ mochi (rice cake) ）.

In July, we would like to make "Yoi Hotaru" Uchiwa (evening fireflies) and "Natsunami" (summer waves lapping against the shore with white wave caps). Why don't you enjoy a typical Japanese summer scene with nerikiri cutouts?

Materials will be mailed to you in advance by the instructor, and we will work together from coloring to molding through Zoom on the day.
Please take this opportunity to experience the fun of making Nerikiri and enjoy a peaceful moment with delicious Japanese sweets.
