I am looking for someone to sublet a 1BR room for about 1.5 years starting April 2025.

・ Nearest station New Kirk Plaza Q B line(about 30 minutes to Union Square) ・ Furnished (TV, microwave, cookware, bed, everything is there)
・ Laundry (on the ground floor of the next apartment.

Safe and secure, 5 minutes walk to the train station and convenient to the Q.B line.
Everyone who lives in the apartment is also Japanese.
I have to go back to Japan for a year and a half for personal reasons, so I am looking for someone to live with me during that time.
I will leave about 3 cardboard boxes of my belongings in my room.
