NY アパートメント　テナンシーＩＤ　etc

こんにちは１月から３ヶ月間観光ビザでインターンシップを予定してるものです。
現在Apartment.comを通してアパートメントの契約中で
初月の家賃とDEPOSITはもう支払いました。

しかし先日このようなメールが来ました。

You need to obtain your tenancy ID from the government Agency in Hawaii now before you
can move into the unit. To obtain your Tenancy ID,you will be paying
for government tax $200,insurance fee $225,State Government occupancy fee $500 and safety fee $185.Total Amount to obtain your tenancy ID from State government is $1200. I need you to respond back

ASAP before your arrive on date.You can make payment with the information i already gave you. Hope to receive your mail soonest.

はたしてこの支払は必要なのでしょうか？？

こんにちは。

tenancy ID で検索しておりましたところ、以前投稿されていらっしゃった質問を見つけました。

私も今年の夏にハワイの個人所有コンドを契約したのですが、賃料支払い後に同じような請求がきました。
騙されているのでは…と不安になり、
ネットで tenancy ID なるものを検索していたわけです。

その後、無事にハワイでの賃貸はできたのですか?

お手数かとは思うのですが、もしよかったらお返事をください。
