The pandemic has caused many people's general health to deteriorate. How can we regain and maintain our original health ??
After a pandemic that lasted more than two years, the general health of many people deteriorated, both from a medical and a psychological point of view. We will hear from doctors from the Japanese Medical Association of America ( JMSA ) to give practical advice on how to get out of that state and regain and maintain their former health.
Dr. Maki Kano
Dr. Matsuki will discuss how the pandemic has had a significant impact on the mental health of adults and children. Social isolation, remote schools, and telecommuting have resulted in a significant increase in anxiety and depression. Conflict is also on the rise among couples. We will discuss how to recognize the warning signs of mental health and steps to take back mental health.
Also in Q & A session, Dr. Kano and Dr. Matsuki will be joined by nutritionist Dr. Miyashita to answer a variety of your questions. Please join us.
