This is a course to make wagashi and nerikiri together, working from coloring to molding through Zoom.
In this class, participants will learn how to make Nerikiri, a type of Japanese confectionery that reflects the seasons. Nerikiri is one of the most popular Japanese sweets made from white sweet bean paste and Gyuhi (rice cake) ( and Mochi (rice cake) ). In this class, we will make Hime-Camellia and Kaki-no-ha (persimmon leaves) to enjoy the deepening of autumn.
The kneaded bean paste made from white beans and gyuhi takes time to make and the softness of the paste needs to be adjusted.
*This lecture will be held using Zoom.
*Please bring
food coloring ( 3 ~ 4 colors in the confectionery section of the supermarket ( $ 5 ~ ) is convenient )
