I will rent my room to a person who can stay for 23 days from the 31st of this month to the 22nd of January for about 3 moments

prospect park station 5 min walk B Q line prospect park station 5 min walk b q s 15-20 min to downtown manhattan
very convenient neighborhood with lots of banks, supermarkets, restaurants, cafes, bars, etc
Prospect Laffer Gardens is a very popular area these days with parks and botanical gardens in the neighborhood
