Near Times Square! Fully furnished large room to live alone!

I will be away from home from March 12 to April 5 and will sublet during that time. The house is located near Times Square and Port Authority, a big bus terminal, so transportation is very convenient. I will consider staying from around March 12 or for a month. If the landlord has a problem with the apartment every 1 or The landlord will come every 1 or 2 weeks to inspect the apartment to make sure there are no problems. The landlord is always nice to us and we can rely on him if we need anything and he will respect our privacy. We will give preference to those who stay longer. The beds are big enough to accommodate up to two people.
