The building is a house
It takes about 10 minutes to walk from the station.
The room is the largest room, about 10 tatami mats, with two windows. In summer, an air conditioner is installed and lent to you free of charge. In winter, there is a heater for the whole room, but each room also has a heater on the wall, and we also have tower heaters in each other room. There is a washer and dryer in the room, so there is no need to go outside or to the basement. You can do your laundry on the same floor.
There is also a dishwasher in the kitchen. Dishes, utensils, coffee maker, electric kettle, a large oven and apart from that, a small oven is also on the counter for immediate use. The kitchen is marble.
The common areas are cleaned every two weeks, so you can live in a clean environment.
A large refrigerator and microwave oven are of course provided.
