The Japan Club Tennis Tournament February will be held on two Saturdays, February 1st and 8th, for each doubles event. There will be three tournaments: Open Doubles A （ Advanced Level ） for both men and women, Open Doubles B （ Beginner and Intermediate Level ）, and a Women's Doubles tournament. Not only Japan Club members but also Non ・ Members ／ Guests can participate. We welcome all tennis enthusiasts, those who play tennis regularly and want to challenge tournaments, those who have played before and want to pick up a racquet for the first time in a while, and first time participants are also welcome. Let's enjoy playing while having fun. All levels of players are welcome to pair up and join us. We will be holding each event at the Carey ・ Leeds Indoor Tennis Courts （ Indoor ・ Courts ） in New York City. Please see the details below and join us.

Tournament Events ・ Date and Time ：

Feb 1 （ Sat ） 6 pm ～ 10 am ＜ First half of tournament ＞
Feb 8 （ Sat ） 6pm ～ 10am ＜ Second half of the tournament ＞
* Please note that the start time of each game and meeting time will differ for each player.

Note ： Open is open to both male and female players. So, it is possible to form pairs with a man and a woman. Please contact us if you are looking for a pair.

Eligibility ： Registered members of The Club of Japan, employees of Member Company employees and their families, and Member Guests. General （ Non-members ） may also participate

Fee ： Members ＄ 40/pp, Guests ＄ 60/pp

Competition ： Tournament format winner-takes-all.
Preferred class for Open A and B is self-assessment, but basically, A is for advanced level, for those who have experience in student tennis club activities and those who are considered to have equivalent ability, and B is for intermediate level. Pairs can be male, female, or mixed. （ However, please note that the classes may be changed according to the judgment and decision of the Tournament Management Committee, and depending on the number of applicants, the classes may not be divided or may be combined. ） The details of the tournament, and whether and how the Loser's Resurrection Round （ Consolation Round ） will be held, will be decided by the Management Committee.

＊ We are doing our best to run the tournament smoothly, but due to the limited number of courts at the venue, please understand and cooperate with us as you may have to wait for a while before or after the matches depending on the progress on the day.
