Through Zoom, you will work on coloring and molding at the same time while watching the instructor's hand. We will guide you carefully, so please don't worry even if you are a beginner.
Together we will make Nerikiri, a type of Japanese confectionery that reflects the changing seasons. Nerikiri is a type of top-quality confectionery made from white sweet bean paste and gyuuhi ( and mochi ). In the autumn season, we will make cherry blossoms that look beautiful against the clear sky, and apples with seeds ( and sweet soybeans ) that come out when cut. We will guide you carefully, so please don't worry even if you are a beginner. Please enjoy a relaxing tea time with your favorite beverage and matcha (powdered green tea).
*This lecture will be held using Zoom.

- Food coloring ( from the confectionery section of the supermarket, 3 ~ 4 colors in a pack ( $ 5 ~ ) is useful )
- Saran wrap
