How about ⭐︎ up to about three people ⭐︎ for a short stay for a New Year's Eve trip ？ from the evening of December 24 to the evening of January 4.

Furniture and beds are in the rooms in the photos.
For other pictures, please check the pictures on the drawing.

⭐︎ The rooms we can rent are all the rooms in the apartment for now.

Up to 2 people can stay. （ There are two beds. One of you will be using an air bed ＋ mattress. ）
Please contact us as soon as possible if you plan to stay more than 2 people.
3 or more people will be an additional $40 （ per person/max 10 days ）. Any number of days can be accommodated.

3 people staying for 10 days costs $440.

If you rent a car, you must park on the street. If you park on the street without applying, you will be fined $45.
Please pay $10 per ⭐︎3 day.

I will be away from home for 10 days to see my family during the New Year's holidays.
I will rent a room for that period.
My departure date is after 3pm on December 24th, so please be able to come before then.
We will have time to explain and sign a contract.

You may have roommates, but there is no need to converse with them.
The rooms are far enough apart that you will not hear voices, etc.

There is a bed, chest of drawers, shelves, kitchen, toilet, and shower.
The room is fully furnished, so there will be no inconvenience for a short stay.
The room size is for one person, but with an air bed and mattress top （ which belongs to me ） I think up to two people can stay.

I will provide 40 plastic bottles of water for you to drink at your leisure.
If you need more, please bring your own water or use the water purifier or Brita water pitcher.

Please feel free to use shampoo, rinse and soap.
There is a water purifier in the kitchen water supply.
There is also a water purifier in the shower.

There is a laundromat in the apartment for washing and drying clothes.

Detergent is also available.

High speed internet is also available for your work.
There is also a 35" wide monitor on the floor for you to use.
There is also a black and white laser printer available if you need it, but
paper is limited.

The room is on the first floor of the apartment.
There is a backyard which you can use freely.
Please check the drawings and photos for the room layout.
The room you rent has a key.
Basically, you enter and exit from the backyard.

Food Bazaar （ 15 min walk ）, H Mart （ 15 min walk ）, Planet Fitness （ 15 min walk ） nearby.

バスはNJトランジットです。Google Mapで場所は確認できます。
1カ所目は徒歩3-4分で83番のバスがきます。
2箇所目は徒歩15分で166、165番のバスが来ます。
3カ所目は徒歩7-8分で154番のバスが来ます。
83番以外はマンハッタンに行きます。
83番は終点まで行きで電車に乗り換えるとマンハッタンに行くことができます。
