We are looking for someone who can move in immediately and rent the apartment as a room share.
Please contact us for some flexibility in dates. It is convenient for those who attend Columbia or City College.
It is also a safe and convenient location with fairly good transportation.

Regarding the apartment

・ 145th A/C/B/D within 30 seconds walk （ Express and local ） (corner of 145th and Saint Nicholas in Manhattan ）
* From the station to the apartment entrance Seconds to the entrance, less than a block walk. It takes about 20 minutes by express train to Times Square or Rockefeller Center （ 3 or 4 stops ）.


・ We are a Japanese woman in her 40s and a Japanese-American male couple with a 5 year old boy living with us.

Room for rent

・ Fully private room with key, about 10 tatami mats （ South facing room ） with key

The facilities, security, access to midtown, cleanliness, etc. were all more than what was described. The owner's family was very nice and helpful. The owner's family is very friendly and we were able to live here for about 2 years without any problems, including communication. The view from the room and the park along the Hudson side of the building, which is only a 10-minute walk away, were a great break from my remote work. I have had to move back to Japan due to work, but I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone who is looking for a place to live.
