3 minutes walk from the nearest A line subway station and 12 minutes walk from the 1 line station. The apartment is located in a residential area with a nice view and lots of greenery, and has a relaxed atmosphere.
20 minutes walk to Fort Tryon Park by the Cloister Museum, where colorful flowers are always in bloom. Bennet Park is right in front of the apartment.
We are looking for a short term （ one week or more ） or a long term （ as short as one month ） for travel or work. Please feel free to contact us.

Pets are allowed.
*We will ask for $1000 upon move-in to cover the cost of restoring the apartment to its original condition in the event of damage, etc., when you bring your pet with you.
If there is no damage and no repairs or special cleaning is required, the full amount will be returned when you move out.
