On the first Thursday of each month, we hold a support meeting for gynecological cancer patients and survivors.

Gentle moon worship, Yin Yoga to relax the body, restorative yoga and pranayama （ breathing and chiatsu ） to deeply relax the body and mind. After meditation, an inner journey to listen to your inner quiet voice and hear the wishes you really want to fulfill.
What is "your own happiness" ？ "What kind of life do you want to lead ？" "How do you want to spend the year 2025 ？" This is a time to quietly face such simple questions. Let's awaken the "pure motivation" that lies deep in your heart.

In this course, you will learn about understanding anxiety, anxiety and genetics, anxiety and brain function, anxiety and physical symptoms, and the mechanism of anxiety.
