A large 3-bedroom unit in a building with doorman and elevator is available.
Furnished room of about 8 tatami mats with a nice view of the morning sun.
Full size bed, bedside table, desk and chair, small refrigerator, closet, wardrobe, lamps, and everything you need for living. Both air conditioning and heating work well.

The bathroom is shared with another Japanese woman, but the living room also has a half bathroom for guests, so you can use it comfortably.

Linens and towels are provided free of charge for those who need them, and there is a 24-hour coin laundry in the basement.

Located on Roosevelt Island, one F stop from Manhattan. Convenient, safe, and quiet, it is an ideal environment for a woman to live. It is a 5 minute walk from the station and there is a free island bus service.

Rent is $1150/month including Wi-Fi and utilities.

We are two Japanese women who are working adults with common sense. We are looking for Japanese female roommates who can live together and use the room neatly.
We like to cook, so we can offer a meal option.

We have a cat, so we are asking for animal lovers only.
