Hello ！ I am a Korean woman in my 30s, working. I have a cat and I like people. My current contract is ending and I am looking for a new roommate.

It is a 2 bed 2 bath apartment, 2 people each use their own room and bathroom.
Rooms are a bit smaller but have large closets and private bathrooms.
Recently purchased furniture （ bed, desk, chair ） is available.
Location:

on 54th street in Woodside.
3 ～ 5 min walk to line 7 subway station at 52nd street （ no subway noise in the apartment ）.
10 minute walk to Woodside station at 61st Street to take LIRR or Express.
8 ～ 10 minute walk to H Mart in Woodside and 15 ～ 20 minutes to H Mart in Long City.
Housing Features:

Apartment has been completely renovated and is very clean.
All windows have screens, each room and living room has air conditioning and adjustable heaters.
The front door opens with a number key.
There is a free Samsung washer and dryer in the basement.
Move-in date: Nov 1
Price: $1350/month, $1350 deposit
Utilities: heater and electricity （ about $50-100 per person depending on usage ） , internet （ about $15 ） is not included.

If you are interested in a larger room with a queen size bed （ with private bathroom ） available for $1550 per month.

Requirements:

Must like cats.
Must have roommate experience.
Must be able to respect noise and cleanliness of common spaces.
Must have commute to work, credit and income check required.
