The room has a built-in closet, a large window, air conditioning, a desk ＆ a chair, a small shelf, a big bed （ with a mattress + an assembled frame ）.
The common area is fully equipped with dishes and utensils for your use, so you can start your life with only one suitcase.

Only one subway line takes you to Manhattan in 15 minutes. There is a shopping district around the house where you can find cafes, restaurants, supermarkets, drugstores, laundromats, 99 cent stores, and everything else you need.

The house is on the 3rd floor of a 3-story townhouse, 1 minute walk from the train station. The kitchen and bath are shared with 2 other roommates （ a Japanese working man and a Japanese student woman ）. Less than 1 minute walk to the nearest station.
Although it is close to the station, the room faces the backyard, so it is very quiet.
The pictures are taken before moving out, so things are actually tidied up.

We prefer a woman to rent the apartment.
No smoking in the entire apartment ・ Please note that no pets are allowed.
