We are looking for someone who can move in immediately and rent the apartment as a room share.
Please contact us for some flexibility in dates. It is convenient for those who attend Columbia or City College.
It is also a safe and convenient location with fairly good transportation.

Regarding the apartment

・ 145th A/C/B/D within 30 seconds walk （ Express and local ） (corner of 145th and Saint Nicholas in Manhattan ）
* From the station to the apartment entrance Seconds to the entrance, less than a block walk. It takes about 20 minutes by express train to Times Square or Rockefeller Center （ 3 or 4 stops ）.

・ We are a Japanese woman in her 70s and a male couple
・ Newly renovated kitchen ： Always available
・ Newly renovated bathroom
・ 24 hours doorman building with Security is tight
・ Elevator building （ Our building is a combination of 3 buildings, but our apartment has 2 elevators
・ 9th floor
・ West facing with a nice view. George Washington Bridge can be seen to the north.
・ Laundry is in the basement. \Laundry card is available for a fee ） Laundry card is available for a fee.
・ Wi-fi available
・ Supermarket, Duane Reade, deli, Dunkin Donuts, Subway, Starbucks, Checkers, Popeye, pizza place, bank ・ Of ・ America, liquor store, other restaurants, park and more within a 3 block radius.

Room for rent
