Safe/convenient/stylish/vibrant location, clean building, security equipment, quiet top floor. Quiet environment, this rent is very reasonable. The rooms are in a great location, just a 3-minute walk from the station. The station is lined with stores open until midnight, including a Japanese family market. The building entrance, first floor lobby, and hallways are secured by security cameras and always kept clean.
