Japanese Badminton Circle We are looking for new Japanese members for the last time this year!

Hello ！

We are just over a month away from the year 2024. ？

Normally, developing instantaneous force and endurance requires hard training, but badminton is both an aerobic and anaerobic exercise, so you can expect to lose weight and improve your body's resistance to weight gain by increasing your basal metabolism. It is also expected to improve the body constitution to become less prone to weight gain by increasing the basic metabolism.

The club has been in existence for about 7 years, although it has been active only once or twice a month. We have students, working people, housewives, and people of all ages, from beginners to experts. We enjoy not only playing games but also making friends in this circle. Beginners are also welcome to join us. More than 10 beginners and 5 experienced players have already joined for the first time this year.

Activity Date and Time ： December 14 （ Saturday ） Start at 5pm.
Activity time : 1h30 to 3 hours （ depends on the number of participants ）

◆Personal belongings ： ・ Shoes that can be worn in the gym
