理由はわかりませんが
学生ビザを拒否去れました
ロンドンからの申請だったからかもしれません
パスポートにAPPLICATIONRECEIVED(b)←赤字
でスタンプをおされました
観光で普通にはいろうとおもうのですが
かなりむずかしいでしょうか?

一旦何等かの理由で拒否され、その後直ぐに観光ビザで入ろうとするのは下心ありと思われる可能性大です。一旦日本に戻り、ある程度の期間が過ぎてから観光に行った方が無難です。
