無料、又は低料金でクラスを受けられるアダルトスクールやカルチャーセンターのようなものはNYにありますか？

ご存知の方、教えてください！

以前ロサンゼルスに滞在していたとき、英語だけでなく、お料理や歴史、ビジネスが学べるクラスがあり、とても面白かったです。NYにこれから滞在するので、ぜひ、そういう場所を利用したい！
