NY在住の方教えて下さい

私は、来月にカリフォルニアからNYに初めて観光に行きます
３泊から４泊の予定ですが、
マンハッタンのホテルの値段にビックリしています
やっぱり観光するなら、マンハッタンに泊った方が良いと言われました
どこか比較的格安で、なるべく安全で、アクセスにも便利なホテルを
教えて頂けませんか?

それから、６月下旬の気候、
３、４泊の間にここは絶対に言った方が良いという観光コース、レストランも
教えて頂きたいと思います

YMCAが安い。
