インターンシップについて

皆さん、はじめまして。
今、インターンシップについて色々調べています。
(予算が少ないので有給のインターンシップを希望しています。)
地方に住んでいるのでなかなかインターンシップ斡旋会社(？)を選ぶことができません。
おすすめがあったら教えてください。

私も格安＆有給インターンシップを希望です。できれば自分で派遣先を探せればいうことないのですが・・・。

どこでインターンシップをしたいのですか？日本ですか？海外ですか？
たとえ地方に住んでいても、インターネットを使えば見つかると思いますが。
