H1-bのグレースピリオド

現在Ｈ１-ｂビザですが、会社退職しました。

ＵＳ　Citizenと婚姻をしたのですがＧＣの請願は日本で行います。

Ｈビザのグレースピリオドは弁護士いわく無いと言われましたが、同じ状況の方で、会社退職後どのくらいＵＳに滞在できましたか？退職後、2ケ月位ＵＳに滞在して日本に帰る予定ですが大丈夫でしょうか？

ＨのＧＣは１日もありません。
帰国するだけならまだしも、また別のステータスでアメリカに戻ってくるつもりなら、即刻帰国した方がいいと思います。最悪ＶＩＳＡが降りない、入国拒否、イミグレで立ち往生くらいありえるかと。

即刻帰国しないと、アメリカへ再入国する時がマズいと思う。もう１，２年アメリカに戻らないつもりならまだしも、先の心配があるならＵＳのイミグレに下手に喧嘩売らないのが得策では。
