マンハッタンのホステルについて

はじめまして24日から1週間マンハッタンに滞在するのですが、下記のホステルに泊ったことのある方がいらっしゃいましたら雰囲気などを教えていただけますか。

希望としては治安がよく、清潔で、落ち着いた雰囲気のホステルが希望です。

-Chelsea International Hostel
-Jazz on the town
-Chelsea Star Hostel
