Urgent] Fort Lee Studio Short-term Tenant Wanted ！.

We are looking for a short-term tenant starting in September.
We are looking for someone who can move in during the period when the room will be vacant for a few months.
The apartment is a one-bedroom apartment, but the bedroom is used as a storage room for personal belongings, so it is rented out as a studio.

One person, female preferred.
The kitchen and living room together are about 20 tatami mats.
Basic furniture is available so you can start living right after moving in.

The term is from 1 month to 3 months, but extension is negotiable.
Safe and quiet location, but very convenient for transportation and shopping. Fort Lee has Japanese ramen shops, beauty salons, and many Korean stores.
There is a bus stop to NY, a Korean supermarket, cafes, restaurants, take-out restaurants, and a post office within a 5 minute walk. Mitsuwa, Trejo, and Whole Foods are also within a 10 minute drive.
Rent is $1700. Includes water (Cold/Hot), heating, and internet. Utilities are billed as you use them. Deposit will be returned if there is no problem. Parking is an additional $50.
