B2ビザからF1にできますか

アメリカ国内で、B2ビザからF1ビザに変更することができますでしょうか。

以前、語学学校でビザ系のこと担当してましたが、その当時とイミグレーションのシステムが変わっていなければ変更可能のはずですよ。

詳しくは、わかりませんが２００４年から米国内でVISA取得が出来なくなったと聞きましたけど、私の場合はE-VISAなので、日本に戻ってアメリカ大使館で面接してVISAを発行しました。
素人情報よりも、弁護士事務所へ問い合わせするのがいいと思います。

it was about one year ago..but some students got refusal depends on the individual cases..
you can check immigration web site to get some ideas, then just call any lawyer offices to ask if it is still transferable. I am sure that just call and ask is free only for one time. Good luck!
