H1 Visaについて。助けてください！

現在、OPTで日系企業で仕事をしていますが、今秋で切れるので、H1の申請を考えているのですが、早くも壁にぶちあたり、困っています。大学の専攻は日本の大学の経済学で、OPTはマーケティングのCertificateで取りました。現在の職種は、マーケティング分野を少しと、主には輸出入関連のロジスティクスをやっています。Local(Ohio州）の弁護士さんに相談したところ、私の専攻と仕事内容だと、Marketing research analystというTitleが一番見合うようなのですが、給与面で差があり折り合いがつかず、壁にぶちあたっています。同じような輸出入関係の仕事をされている方は、どのようなTitleで申請されているのでしょうか。確実性は問いませんので、少しでも情報のある方、またはよい弁護士さんをご存知の方、教えてください！！
