日本では同業の別な会社の管理職をしてましたが、ヘッドハンティング
にあい、日本にある会社のアメリカ現地法人の管理職として６月にＥ２ビザでアメリカに来ました。採用はアメリカの現地法人での採用になります。
グリンカードの申請で「第1カテゴリー：多国籍企業の重役と管理職」
は最短１年以内での取得が可能との事ですが、私の場合はこのカテゴリーでの申請は可能でしょうか？
尚、会社はグリンカードのサポートをしてくれる事になっております。
