Kensington に住んでいる人いますか？

BrooklynのKensingtonに引越しを考えています。
駅はFのChurchAveかQのBeverleyRdです。
治安は大丈夫でしょうか。
最近は若いカップルがマンハッタンから引越ししている姿がちらほら見られると聞いたのですが、日本人もいらっしゃいますか？
もし、いらっしゃいましたら、教えていただけますでしょうか。

私はこの間までＦラインのChurch ave駅、ocean parkway/Beverly RD沿いに住んでました。５年ほど住んでいましたが治安は良いですよ。日本人はたまーに見かけるくらいでした。ロシア人が多かったでしょうか。。暖かい日にはおじいちゃんおばあちゃんが外でひなたぼっこしてる、って光景がまさにＫＥＮＳＩＮＧＴＯＮかな。
