「企業って実際どうなの」の質問の意図がわかりません。現在のVisaが「何々」で働けないけど、「自分で起業は出来ないのか？」という意図でしたら、E-2 Visaをお勧めします。ビジネスVisaに強い弁護士に相談されては如何ですか？
