短期や長期で海外に行くとき、住県民税の支払いどうしていますか？？

住民税は前年度の所得に対して課税されるものですので、例えばnamaさんがいま日本を離れたとしても、今年度（平成16年3月まで）に得た所得に対して来年度、住民税を支払う義務があります。長期で日本を離れる場合は、１年分の住民税を一括か、分割（３ヶ月毎に年４回だったと思います）で支払わなければいけません。お住まいの市区町村の役所に問い合わせれば、住民税、年金、保険などについていろいろ教えてくれますよ。

以前、3年ほど日本を離れた際には住民票を抜いて出国しました。県民さんが書かれているように前年分は役所に相談されて支払わなければなりませんが長期不在の際には住民票を抜くことで不在中の住民税が免除されると思います。

永住権を持っていなくても住民票を抜く事ってできるのですか？？

私が住んでいた自治体では毎年一月一日の時点で在籍していた場所で住民税を払うと言われました。私は昨年の夏にNYに着ましたが区役所の人に住民票がぬいてあれば住民税を払う必要はないといわれました。
