クレジットカード

昔のルームメイトがカードを使って買い物をし、そのまま帰国してしまいました。
現在も請求書は僕が住んでいるアパートに来ます。
帰国して数ヶ月経つのですが、未だに彼とは連絡が取れず、このまま放置しておくしかないと思うのですが、何れは日本の彼の元に請求が行くようになるのでしょうか？
今僕が住んでいるアパートに直接請求業者が来ることが凄く心配でなりません。

カードの名義は誰でした？

あなたでなければ請求書ほっといてよいはずですが。。。

アメリカの大学の法学で習いましたが、帰国者の未払いは債務から逃れることが出来るとのことだったはず。１年以上前に履修しましたので確かな情報でない恐れもありますが、悪しからず。
