This is a full-time, on-site role for a Salesperson at SUZUMO International Corporation. Job Description General sales activities of food processing machines and accessories, mainly the equipment to produce rice product food such as Sushi, Onigiri and Bento. The detailed activities shall be

1) Reply to customer inquiries by phone, email, etc.
2) Visiting prospective customers and sales promotion activities
3) Preparing quotation and price negotiation with customers 4) Machine demonstration at our showroom or customer site (possibly carry heavy machines)
5) Machine delivery and operation training at the time of delivery
6) After-sales support activities
7) Attendance at internal sales meetings
8) Preparing a sales activity report to your manager
9) Preparing in-house documents for machine shipment
10) Visitor’s attendance at the exhibition
11) Support to Technical team as needed

Raise / Bonus Bonus: Once each year (on December), according to the performance of the year * Please note that bonus payments are not guaranteed.
Holidays Paid Vacation: 75 hours per year (for the first three 3 years working), 112.5 hours per year (after three 3 years working) shall be provided after six (6) months of continuous service

Spouses and children are also eligible if desired (Enrollment in this insurance is applied on the first of the month following 90-days of continuous employment). Eligible to join 401K plan (Company matching: max. 5% in case Year 2023) Enrollment in 401K is determined twice a year (January and July), and eligibility is applied after one year of working at company.
