Japanese Accounting Firm Seeking Part-Time Accounting Staff

"This accounting firm is looking for administrative staff.
We welcome candidates who are able to come to one of our offices in New York, Dallas, or Los Angeles several times a week.

Working hours are flexible, but we are looking for someone who can work 4-5 hours a day, 5 days a week on weekdays.
We also welcome candidates with experience working in an accounting firm or with basic knowledge of accounting ・ taxation.

① Customer Service Position
[Main Responsibilities]
・ Communication with customers by e-mail
・ Content check of customer documents
・ English ・ E-mail correspondence and document preparation
→ No special skills are required as there are no difficult tasks requiring technical knowledge, but
the ability to communicate politely with customers in Japanese or English is a must.

② Professional Support Position
[Main Responsibilities]
・ Assist members of the Accounting/Tax/Payroll profession in their work
・ Communicate with clients Communication
・ Checking the contents of documents from clients
→ Mainly numerical work, so experience working in an accounting firm or
basic accounting ・ tax knowledge are welcome.
