Immunization（予防接種)について

秋からマンハッタンにある2年制の大学に通う予定のものですが、予防接種の証明書を提出しなくてはなりません。決められたワクチンはかなり昔に日本で受けて今はもうすでにNYCにいるので、証明書を作ってもらうことができません。母子手帳に記録が残っているのでそのコピーを親に送ってもらい、それをこちらの医師の方に提出して証明してもらうということは可能なのでしょうか?また他の手段を知っていましたら教えていただきたいです。できるだけ安く早く済む方法を探しています。よろしくお願いいたします。
