現在Ｈ１-ｂビザですが、会社退職しました。
ＵＳ Citizenと婚姻をしたのですがＧＣの請願は日本で行います。
Ｈビザのグレースピリオドは弁護士いわく無いと言われましたが、同じ状況の方で、会社退職後どのくらいＵＳに滞在できましたか？退職後、2ケ月位ＵＳに滞在して日本に帰る予定ですが大丈夫でしょうか？
