🍴 Ingredients （ Serves about 2 ） 🍴

🐟 For the salmon

Salmon fillet ： 400g
Tamari vinegar ： 2 tablespoons
Rice vinegar or apple cider vinegar ： 1 tsp
Sriracha sauce ： 1 tsp
Sesame oil ： 1 tsp
Sesame ： 1 tsp
🍚 For sushi rice

Sushi rice ： 120g （ ）
rice vinegar ： 2 tsp
granulated sugar ： a pinch
🥗 other ingredients

mango （ cubed ） ： 2 pieces
cilantro （ minced ） ： 2 tbsp
cucumber （ thinly sliced ） ： ½ main
carrot （ finely sliced ） ： 1 carrot
Edamame ： 220g
Green onion （ Cut into matchsticks ） ： 2 sticks
Nori （ Shredded ） ： 2 pieces
Watercress ： 1 pack
Radish （ Thinly sliced or spiralized ） ： 100g

Preparation

1️⃣ Prepare sushi rice
Mix rice vinegar, sugar and salt into cooked rice and let cool. Let cool.

2️⃣ Season salmon
Place diced salmon in a bowl with soy sauce ・ vinegar ・ sriracha sauce ・ sesame oil and let the flavors blend in the refrigerator.

3️⃣ Prepare ingredients
Mix mango and cilantro, boil edamame and chill.

4️⃣Serving
Place rice in a bowl and balance salmon and ingredients around it. Finally, garnish with green onions and nori to complete the dish ！ ✨.
