Yoga sequences and postures promote full-body movement and invigorate the body, and learning breathing techniques helps to refresh and calm the mind. This class is designed to promote blood circulation, improve posture, and nourish the mind. Recommended for those who wish to take classes at their own pace and face their mind and body.

・ Meditation&Aromatherapy Wednesday AM 10:30
"Inhale, Be Well" is a class combining aromatherapy and meditation to help improve mental well-being. The class focuses on the healing power of essential oils, breathing techniques, and focusing on the moment to achieve emotional peace and mental clarity.

・ samara yoga Thursdays 9:15 AM
Proper stretching releases tension in the body, improves blood flow, and keeps you moving happily to stay young and energized. The class is designed for those who want to stretch on a regular basis but cannot do it well on their own or feel too intimidated to go to a variety of classes, and uses stretching and rhythm to relax the body while learning easy and beautiful posture and movements. Let's improve blood flow by getting oxygen throughout the body and eliminate the day's fatigue on that day.

In this class you will learn the proper form and fundamentals of well-known HIIT exercises while building your English vocabulary. You will work up a sweat in a safe and fresh environment, find friends to share conversation with in English, and build your confidence.
